Refunds & cancellation

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscription-based unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees are charged in advance according to the billing interval you select (for example, monthly), using our payment processor. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

2. Trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, the terms shown at signup or checkout (including coupon codes) apply. When a trial ends or a promotion expires, your subscription may continue at the then-current regular price unless you cancel before renewal, as described in-product and at checkout.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing and subscription controls available in the Service (for example, Settings and the customer billing portal where enabled). Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise in-product.

4. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. If you believe a charge is in error or you have a concern about billing, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your province, state, or country.
